Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra on Snapdragon 8 Gen1 with 10 GB RAM tested in Geekbench
About a month ago on Geekbench 5 tested smartphone Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra on the Exynos 2200 processor. Now the version with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 has passed the performance test.
What is known
The result of the European modification on the Exynos 2200 in Single-Core and Multi-Core modes was 691 and 3167 points, respectively. The configuration with the 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen1 mobile platform was able to score almost double in the single core test - 1219 points. In multi-core mode, the result is at the level of the variant with the Exynos 2200 - 3154 points.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra managed to be noted in Geekbench 4. The old version of the benchmark awarded the future flagship 6908 points in Single-Core and 15,079 points in Multi-Core. For comparison, Xiaomi MIX 4 with Snapdragon 888+ gains approximately 5000 and 14000 points, respectively.
We also learned from the test that the smartphone will be equipped with 10 GB of RAM in one of the configurations. Despite the fact that there are already models with 18 GB of RAM on the market, devices with 10 GB are almost never found. There are five of them: Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, Black Shark Helo, Nubia Red Magic Mars, OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition and vivo NEX Dual Display. All came out in the third quarter of 2018.
Returning as Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, we note that the smartphone is promised a 6.81 ”panel, a Quad-camera with a resolution of 108 MP + 12 MP + 10 MP + 10 MP, a 5000 mAh battery and support for a stylus. According to the latest reports, the flagship may hit the market as the Galaxy S22 Note.
