Hackers gained access to 148 wallets of the Vulcan Forged NFT marketplace and stole $ 140 million in internal PYR tokens.
What is known
The attackers managed to withdraw approximately 4.5 million PYR tokens. The total value of assets at the exchange rate at the time of the appearance of information about the hacking was about $ 140,000,000. This was officially announced by the marketplace itself on its Twitter page.
Representatives of Vulcan Forged have already contacted cryptocurrency exchanges to blacklist the addresses to which the stolen PYR tokens were withdrawn. In addition, users were promised to pay damages.
