Four Xiaomi smartphones will receive MIUI 13 stable firmware on the day of the announcement
Today we saw the official logo of the MIUI 13 firmware and several innovations. The shell will be shown at the end of this month. On the day of the premiere, it will be available for four smartphones in 2020-2021.
What is known
On December 28, MIUI 13 will be presented along with smartphones Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12X and Xiaomi 12 Pro. They will appear on the market at the beginning of 2022, and on the day of the premiere, the owners of flagship models based on the Snapdragon 865 processor will be able to install the firmware.
We are talking about Xiaomi Mi 11, Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, Redmi K40 Pro and Redmi K40 Pro +. It's strange that the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro is not on this list. This is most likely a simple error as the Pro and Ultra versions receive identical software builds, i.e. via Recovery or Fastboot, one firmware file can be installed on both Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro and Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra.
The stable MIUI 13 in the first wave of the update will be released on Xiaomi Mi 10S, Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G. Xiaomi MIX 4, Redmi K40, Redmi K40 Gaming and Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G. Whether they will receive the update on December 28 has not yet been announced.
