Realme UI 3.0 with Android 12 now available for Realm GT Neo 2
Realme has opened a beta testing program for the Realme UI 3.0 firmware running Android 12 for one of its latest smartphones.
What is known
On December 16, the manufacturer began sending out an update for the Realme GT Neo 2. The model was announced in early autumn and is equipped with a Snapdragon 870 processor. The smartphone went on sale with a pre-installed Android 11 operating system supplemented with Realme UI 2.0 firmware.
As usual, the people of India were the first to install the latest version of the software. So far, the update is available to a limited number of people. All Realme GT Neo 2 owners will soon receive Realme UI 3.0 on Android 12.
Early Access firmware requires at least 10 GB of free space and cannot be installed on smartphones with superuser rights. There are no reports of bugs yet, but they may appear over time, and therefore the company has provided for the possibility of rolling back to Realme UI 2.0.
