A step back: Xiaomi 12 will get a Full HD + display instead of WQHD +

The company started promoting the Xiaomi 12 with the overall dimensions. The smartphone will receive a 6.28 ”with curved side edges. The width of the case will be 69.9 mm. In comparison, the iPhone 13 is 71.5mm wide, with the Apple model being equipped with a 6.1 ”panel.
Xiaomi 12 will be equipped with a Full HD + display. This is a step back from the Xiaomi Mi 11, which has a WQHD + screen. Despite this, the company said that the matrix of the upcoming novelty has been awarded the "Best Display for Smartphones" and received an A + rating from Display Mate. It will be covered by Gorilla Glass Victus.
Xiaomi 12 will be announced on December 28. The flagship will receive a Snapdragon 8 Gen1 processor and will hit the market with pre-installed Android 12 OS, supplemented with MIUI 13 shell.
