On 11 August, Zoom removed a clause from its terms of service that talked about the possible use of customer data to train artificial intelligence algorithms.

The updated document states that Zoom does not use audio and video recordings, chats, attachments, or other messages to train artificial intelligence models. Nor does the company share this data with third-party developers.
