OpenAI's DALL-E 3 image generator has been added to Bing Chat
Microsoft
Microsoft has integrated OpenAI's DALL-E 3 image generation model into the Bing chatbot and Bing Image Creator service.
Here's What We Know
This is the third version of the model from OpenAI. According to the company, it understands text cues better and can generate both creative and realistic images.
Integration of DALL-E 3 directly into the Bing chatbot allows you to refine your request and refine the picture in the dialogue.
OpenAI has built new security tools into the model. For example, it does not recreate images of public figures, nor should it generate toxic or NSFW content.
In addition, Bing Image Creator embeds watermarks in each image so that it can be identified as being created by artificial intelligence.
In addition to Bing, Microsoft plans to apply the technology to the Paint app for Windows, where an AI-powered Cocreator tool is being developed.
