American entrepreneur Elon Musk believes that the development of artificial intelligence will eventually lead to people not needing to work. In his opinion, AI could become the most destructive force in history.

Musk noted that in the future, there will be AI that will surpass the smartest humans. There will come a point when work will no longer be necessary.

"You can have a job if you wanted to have a job for personal satisfaction. But the AI would be able to do everything", - the billionaire said.

Musk compared AI to a genie that fulfils any wishes without limits. In his opinion, one of the main problems of humanity in such a future is to find the meaning of life.

Earlier, Musk repeatedly warned about the threats of AI, calling it potentially more dangerous than nuclear weapons. In early 2023, he called for a halt to the creation of OpenAI's GPT-4 level AI.

Musk's comments came at a summit in the UK where world leaders discussed the challenges and threats of artificial intelligence.
