Pixel smartphones began receiving the first security update for Android 13
Google has released a new software update for Pixel smartphones.
Here's What We Know
The September security patch is installed in the firmware, which solves 51 vulnerabilities in the system of different levels of criticality. In addition, the software has improved Bluetooth, fixed a bug that caused notifications on the lock screen to appear cropped, and worked on the under-screen fingerprint scanner of Pixel 6a.
Our September software update begins rolling out today to all supported Pixel devices running #Android13 and will continue over the next week. The updates include improvements to:
