Xiaomi announced its new gadget on the home market in China.

What we know

The device is called Xiaomi Smart Home Display 6. This is a control hub for smart home gadgets with a built-in 6-inch display and speakers. Novelty also got a 2-megapixel camera for video calls and support for voice assistant XiaoAi.

The device is equipped with a button to mute the microphone, as well as a slider that covers the camera. The novelty runs a proprietary system with the interface MIUI Home.

Price and when to expect

Xiaomi Smart Home Display 6 has already started selling in China. The price is $52.
