vivo Y35: 6.58″ display at 90 Hz, Snapdragon 680 chip, 8 GB RAM, 5000 mAh battery and triple camera

Vivo has unexpectedly introduced a new Y-series smartphone to the global market.

What we know

The gadget was named vivo Y35. The smartphone looks similar to the other smartphones of the line. It was equipped with a 6.58-inch display. The screen received a resolution of FHD+, refresh rate of 90 Hz and a V-shaped cutout for the front camera for 16 MP. The main one, in turn, has three 50 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP sensors.

The Snapdragon 680 processor is responsible for the performance of vivo Y35. The chip is paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of ROM. Built-in memory can be expanded with a microSD card. The novelty is also equipped with a 5000 mAh battery with 44W fast charging (74% in 34 minutes), Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5Ghz), Bluetooth 5.0 and a lateral fingerprint scanner. Out of the box, the gadget runs on Android 12 operating system and has a proprietary filmware Funtouch OS 12.

Price and when to expect

vivo Y35 has already started selling in Malaysia. The novelty is available in two colors: black and gold. The smartphone costs $247.
