Adidas introduced the RPT-02 SOL: wireless headphones that can be charged by solar energy and artificial light
Adidas has partnered with Zound Industries to announce new wireless headphones.

The novelty was named Adidas RPT-02 SOL. The headphones boast the ability to charge from the sun and artificial light. To do this, light cells Powerfoyle were built into the headband of the headphones. They were developed by Exeger, a Swedish company that specializes in solar technology. Adidas RPT-02 SOL also got a special indicator to help you find the best light for charging.
As for other specs, the headphones got IPX4 protection against water and sweat drops, a remote control and a USB-C port. The claimed battery life is up to 80 hours. By the way, according to Adidas, the headphones are made of recycled plastic and nylon.

The Adidas RPT-02 SOL is already available for purchase on the company's official website. The new product costs $229.
