Xiaomi, as promised, held a presentation on September 5, which showed smartphone POCO M5.

Details

The novelty received a plastic body with three colors: black, green and yellow. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.58-inch Full HD+ LCD screen. The panel has a resolution of FHD +, a refresh rate of 90 Hz, and the sensor readout frequency of 240 Hz. The POCO M5 runs on the MediaTek Helio G99 chip paired with 4/6GB of RAM and a 5G modem. The smartphone comes with the operating system Android 12 and the MIUI 13 shell.

A 5000 mAh battery is responsible for the autonomy of new items. It supports fast charging at 18W, but the device comes with a power supply for 22.5W. The smartphone also has a side fingerprint scanner, IP52 protection, a 3.5 mm jack and speakers with Hi-Res Audio. As for the cameras, there are four: a triple main 50 MP + 2 MP + depth sensor and a single frontal 8 MP.

How Much Do They Cost?

Sales of POCO M5 will start on September 13, but so far only in India. The novelty will cost from $156.
