Huawei Smart LNDU 4K: DVR with HarmonyOS Connect and ADAS smart driving assistance for $80
Chinese company Huawei has teamed up with local startup LNDU to launch a new gadget for motorists - the Huawei Smart LNDU 4K video recorder.
Details
The DVR features a Sony IMX415 sensor and 7 sets of optical lenses with an aperture of F/1.75 to achieve ultra-clear 4K image quality. The camera "sees" well in poorly lit areas, improves image quality in such conditions, provides clear night vision and backlighting, as well as long-range shooting.
HarmonyOS Connect support is available for more convenient file transfer. With most DVRs, you have to remove the memory card and use the device to read it. With Huawei Smart LNDU 4K, all you have to do is turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and bring it to the DVR. After that, the cell phone screen will be used to view the live feed from the camera.
Another interesting feature of this model is the ADAS function, which will help you while driving. So, the gadget can warn about leaving the lane in real time, about the risk of collision with the front car, about the appearance of pedestrians, remind about the beginning of the front car and the speed limit signs.
In addition, the DVR supports some voice commands - for example, to turn on the recording, take a photo, etc.
In China, the Huawei Smart LNDU 4K costs about $80, but it seems that this is only the initial price - perhaps it will go up slightly in time.
