Xiaomi has unveiled the RedmiBook Pro 15 2023 Ryzen Edition: a laptop with Ryzen 7000 chips on board
Xiaomi, as promised, has announced a new RedmiBook Pro 15 2023 Ryzen Edition laptop in China.
Here's What We Know
This is the third generation of the device. The novelty comes with Ryzen 7000 series processors. There are two chips to choose from: Ryzen 5 7640HS or Ryzen 7 7840HS. They are paired with two cooling fans, 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a 512GB PCIe 4.0 SSD. As for software, the device comes with Windows 11 operating system.
The novelty has a metal body and a 15.6-inch display with 16:10 aspect ratio, 3200 x 2000 pixel resolution, 242 PPI, 120Hz refresh rate and 500 nits peak brightness. The screen supports DC dimming and Dolby Vision. Of the ports in the device there are USB 3.2 Gen2 (Type-C), USB 3.2 Gen1 (Type-A), HDMI 2.1 and 3.5 mm for headphones. The novelty also has a full-size backlit keyboard with 0.2mm key travel, fingerprint sensor, 1080p webcam and stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support (4W).
Price & When We Can Expect It
Sales of the RedmiBook Pro 15 2023 Ryzen Edition will start in China on 21 July. The laptop will be priced from $640.
