DJI has announced a new drone in the Air series. The quadcopter is called DJI Air 3.
Here's What We Know
The main feature of the DJI Air 3 is the presence of two cameras that can simultaneously shoot video. Both modules are equipped with a 1/1.3" CMOS sensor. The cameras support recording videos in 4K UHD (3860 x 2160) with frame rates of 60 FPS (with HDR) or 100 FPS (without HDR).
The maximum photo resolution is 48 MP. One of the modules is equipped with wide-angle optics with a focal length of 24 mm. The aperture of the object is f/1.7. The second camera is equipped with a 70mm lens with an aperture of f/2.8.
DJI Air 3 can stream Full HD video at a frame rate of 60 FPS at a distance of up to 20 kilometres. The flight time is up to 46 minutes. The quadcopter also boasts an obstacle recognition system in all directions.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The DJI Air 3 with RC-N2 remote control is priced at $1099, while the Fly More Combo kit is priced at $1349. The company is also offering the DJI Air 4 fly More Combo with Remote Controller 2 at a price of $1549.
