LG has announced a gaming monitor in the UltraGear series. The model is called LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B and is already available for order in the US.

Here's What We Know

The LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B features a QHD (2560 x 1440 pixels) IPS display with a frame rate of 240Hz and 1ms response time (GtG). The screen diagonal is 27", brightness is 400 nits and DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage is 95%.

The liquid crystal panel has a dynamic contrast ratio of 1000:1, viewing angles of 178° horizontally and vertically. The manufacturer also claims support for AMD FreeSync Premium and NVIDIA G-SYNC technologies.

LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B has got DisplayPort, HMDI, USB hub and 3.5mm jack. Also in the monitor's arsenal are VESA DisplayHDR 400 certification, an ergonomic stand and a VESA wall mount.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The LG UltraGear 27GR83Q-B has been officially priced at $500. However, the gaming laptop is now available in the US at a discounted price of $150.
