Xiaomi has unveiled the Black Shark S1 smartwatch with IP68 water resistance for $50

Chinese company Xiaomi unexpectedly presented a series of new products under the brand Black Shark. The first model is a smart watch Black Shark S1.

Here's What We Know

The wearable gadget is equipped with a round display with a diameter of 1.43" on the basis of an AMOLED matrix. It has a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels, an image refresh rate of 60 Hz and a brightness of 600 nits. An important feature is IP68 water protection.

Black Shark S1 got support for 100 sports modes. According to the manufacturer, the smart watch can work for 10 days without recharging. The device supports 24/7 heart rate monitoring and can track blood oxygen saturation levels.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Black Shark 1S has been priced at $50. The smartwatch is sold only in black colour. The model is available for pre-order in the US and Europe, and deliveries will start in a fortnight.
