Cooler Master has announced a curved VA gaming monitor with frame rates up to 180Hz for a price of $419
Cooler Master has introduced a new gaming monitor. The novelty called GM34-CWQ2 is an updated version of the GM34-CW model, which was presented three years ago.
Here's What We Know
The monitor is based on a VA panel with a resolution of 3440 x 1440 pixels, 1500R radius of curvature and a maximum refresh rate of 180Hz. Response time is 2ms (GtG), brightness is 3200 nits and DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage is 95%.
When using AMD or NVIDIA graphics cards, the monitor supports dynamic refresh rate change. The manufacturer also announced AMD FreeSync Premium image synchronisation technology.
Cooler Master GM34-CWQ2 has one DisplayPort 1.4 and a pair of HDMI 2.0 connectors. USB Type-C port supports fast charging up to 658W. The monitor also has two USB-A and 5W stereo speakers.
Price & When We Can Expect It
The Cooler Master GM34-CWQ2 has been priced at $419 / £379. The monitor will go on sale in the first quarter of 2024.
