Philips 49B2U5900CH - Curved office monitor with 75Hz frame rate and stereo speakers priced from €1199
Philips has expanded its range of office monitors. The company has introduced a curved model 49B2U5900CH.
Here's What We Know
The Philips 49B2U5900CH features a 32 to 9 aspect ratio VA display with a diagonal of 48.8" and a resolution of 5120 x 1440 pixels. The display is equivalent to two 27" Quad HD (2560 x 1440) panels.
The monitor has a 1800R radius of curvature, a peak brightness of 4500 nits and a contrast ratio of 3000:1. The image refresh rate is 75Hz and the response time is 4ms (GtG). According to the manufacturer, the matrix covers 119% and 97% of the sRGB and NTSC colour ranges respectively.
The Philips 49B2U5900CH gets two HDMI 2.0, one DP 1.4, two USB-A and the same number of USB Type-C connectors. One of the two USB-C ports supports 100W fast charging. The monitor also has two 3W stereo speakers, a LAN connector, a KVM switch and a 5MP camera with Windows Hello support.

The monitor was priced at €1199 / £950. The Philips 49B2U5900CH will go on sale by the end of this month.
