Apple announced the first beta of watchOS 10.3 for developers

Apple has started testing a new version of watchOS.

Here's What We Know

The firmware is called watchOS 10.3. The system is still available only to developers. The open beta version of the software Apple will release a little later.

As for the list of changes to the system, it is not yet available. We can only assume that Apple has fixed in the update bugs and worked on optimising the interface.

By the way, besides the beta version of watchOS 10.3, Apple also announced a test build of iOS 17.3, macOS Sonoma 14.3 and a new version of the software for AirPods.
