MSI has introduced a 180Hz monitor based on Rapid IPS panel for $220

MSI has expanded its range of MAG flat panel gaming monitors. The new model is called MSI MAG 274QRF-QD E2.

Here's What We Know

The monitor is equipped with a Rapid IPS matrix. According to the manufacturer, it is manufactured using a new technology to provide four times faster response compared to standard IPS panels.

The screen in the MSI MAG 274QRF-QD E2 is 27" diagonal, has a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels (Quad HD) and supports a refresh rate of 180Hz. Response time is 1ms, and coverage of the DCI-P3, sRGB and Adobe RGB colour ranges is 98%, 150% and 94% respectively. The display is also VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified.

The MSI MAG 274QRF-QD E2 is equipped with HDMI, USB-C and DisplayPort connectors. A USB hub and a KVM switch are also on the list of options. One of the USB-C connectors supports 65W fast charging.

Price & When We Can Expect It

MSI MAG 274QRF-QD E2 has been unveiled in China. Its official price is $220.
