Redmi Book 16 2024 has a new version with a 12th generation Intel Core i5 chip and a price starting from $475
Xiaomi at the Redmi K70 presentation in November announced Redmi Book 16 2024 laptop with 13th generation Intel Core H series processor, and now the company has revealed a new version of the device.
Here's What We Know
The new model has become simpler. The laptop was equipped with a 12th generation Intel Core i5-12450H processor and less fast LPDDR5 memory. The screen of the novelty has a resolution of 1920×1200p (instead of 2560×1600p), refresh rate of 60 Hz (instead of 120 Hz) and peak brightness of 300 nits (instead of 400 nits). The panel diagonal remains the same at 16 inches. The screen also covers 100% of the sRGB colour space and supports DC Dimming and Dolby Vision.
The laptop has a 56Wh battery (instead of 72Wh). The charging of the novelty has not changed - 100W. Of the ports in the Redmi Book 16 2024 has USB 2.0 (type-A), USB 3.2 Gen 1 (type-A), USB 3.2 Gen 2 (type-C), HDMI 2.1 and 3.5mm. The device comes with Windows 11 Home Chinese Edition and HyperOS Connect feature.
