No iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X: which Apple devices will be update to iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS 14 Sonoma and watchOS 10

On June 5, the opening day of the WWDC 2023 event, Apple unveiled not only new devices but also operating system updates: iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS 14 Sonoma and watchOS 10. The first developer betas are already available, and the models that will be able to update are also known.
Here's What We Know
Along with the release of iOS 17, Apple has dropped support for the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X smartphones. At the same time, the update will get:
- all iPhone 14 models
- all iPhone 13 models
- all iPhone 12
- All iPhone 11
- iPhone XS
- iPhone XS Max
- iPhone XR
- iPhone SE (2020 and 2022)
iPadOS 17 will be available for:
- iPad Pro (2nd generation and later)
- iPad Air (3rd generation and newer)
- iPad (6th generation and newer)
- iPad mini (5th generation and newer)
The watchOS 10 operating system is designed for the Apple Watch Series 4 and newer models, specifically:
- Apple Watch Series 4
- Apple Watch Series 5
- Apple Watch SE
- Apple Watch Series 6
- Apple Watch Series 7
- Apple Watch Series 8
- Apple Watch Ultra
Upgrade to macOS 14 Sonoma:
- iMac (2019 and newer)
- iMac Pro (2017 and newer)
- MacBook Air (2018 and newer)
- MacBook Pro (2018 and newer)
- Mac Pro (2019 and newer)
- Mac Studio (2022 and newer)
- Mac mini (2018 and newer)
