Saboteurs blew up Russian An-148, Il-20 aircraft and an Mi-28N helicopter at an airfield in the Moscow Region
Two Russian planes and one helicopter were shot down at the Chkalovskyy airfield in the Moscow Region. This was reported by the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ukrainian Defence Ministry.

According to Ukrainian intelligence, the investigative committee of the Russian Federation has launched an investigation into the sabotage. Doomsday and spy planes are based at this airfield. No damage to them has been reported.
Unknown persons planted explosives at the airfield despite the fact that the facility is heavily guarded. An Mi-28N helicopter sustained damage to its tail section as a result of the explosion. It is used to intercept UAVs, which often attack the capital of the Russian Federation.
An-148 and Il-20 aircraft were also blown up by a sabotage group. Both belong to the 354th Special Purpose Aviation Regiment. Another An-148, which was further away from the epicentre of the explosion, received minor damage.
