Mobvoi prepares the TicWatch Pro 5: it will be the first smartwatch on the market with the new Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 processor on board
Mobvoi is preparing to release its new flagship smartwatch, the TicWatch Pro 5. Thanks to insider @_snoopytech_ and Amazon, details of the new product have surfaced online.

So, the TicWatch Pro 5 will be the first smartwatch on the market to get the new top-of-the-line Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 processor. The chip should be paired with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.

Like the current model, the TicWatch Pro 5 will feature a dual 1.43″ screen with an OLED matrix. According to the leak, the watch will be able to last up to 80 hours in normal mode and up to 45 days in Essential Mode. The gadget will get support for fast charging - from 0 to 65% in 30 minutes. There will also be two control buttons, Gorilla Glass, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, GPS and various sensors to monitor your health. The watch will support over 100 sport modes.
The device will get water (5ATM) and shock protection (US-MIL-STD 810H) as well as NFC for contactless Google Pay payments. The TicWatch Pro 5 will come with the Wear OS. Price and announcement date for the new product is not yet available.
