NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti will feature 8/16GB VRAM, 4352 CUDA cores, 288GB/s bandwidth and up to 165W TDP
NVIDIA will soon introduce a GeForce RTX 4060 Ti graphics card with 8GB of video memory. However, a 16GB VRAM version will be available in the summer, and the RTX 4060 will debut along with it.
Here's What We Know
Information about the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti with 8GB of RAM has been known before. In particular, it is AD106-350 chip, made by TSMC 4N (4nm) technology, 4352 CUDA cores, 128-bit memory bus, 288 GB/s bandwidth and TDP 160W. The GPU Boost frequency will be 2535 MHz.
A 16GB version of GDDR6 RAM will have the same features, but TDP will be increased to 165W, based on AD106-351 chip. GPU frequency is not specified.
GeForce RTX 4060 will get AD107-400 chip with 3072 stream processors. GPU frequency is not specified. Nominal TDP will be 115W, and other specifications will be the same as the Ti 8GB version.
GeForce RTX 4060 and GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB will be introduced in July. GeForce RTX 4060 8GB should be available by the end of the month.
