Raptor Lake-U, up to 1TB of storage and 21 hours of battery life - Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 specs revealed

Microsoft is planning to introduce a new version of Surface Laptop 6. Key specifications of the laptop have already been released.

Here's What We Know

Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 will be available in two variants depending on the screen options. The diagonal will be 13.5" or 15" and the resolution will be 2256 x 1504 or 2496 x 1664 pixels respectively. In both cases, a touch panel will be used.

The Surface Laptop 6 13.5" will get an Intel Core i5-1335U or Core i7-1335U chip. The larger version will be equipped exclusively with a Core i7-13355U processor. Regardless of the configuration the graphics subsystem will be presented by integrated Iris Xe GPU.

The compact model will get 8/16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and a 256/512GB SSD drive. The Microsoft Surface Laptop 6 15" will get up to 32GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.

The laptops will be able to run for 20-21 hours without recharging. Other specs worth mentioning include an HD camera, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1 and Thunderbolt 4 support.

Price & When We Can Expect It

Microsoft Surface Laptop 6's price has not been specified yet. There is no information about the launch date either.
