New renders of the iPhone 15 Pro show record thin bezels around the screen - just 1.5mm

Multiple leaks suggest that Apple will make some design changes to the iPhone 15. In particular, the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max will get thinner bezels around the screen. 9to5Mac published new renders of the smartphones and showed the updated design compared to the old models.

Here's What We've Seen

So, it is reported that the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max will have record-thin frames - only 1.5 mm. To reduce their thickness, Apple is using LIPO (low-injection moulding) technology, which previously helped redesign the Apple Watch Series 7 smartwatch.

That said, the Dynamic Island cutout will remain the same size.

If you compare the iPhone 15 Pro to earlier models such as the X, XS and 11 Pro, the difference is immediately apparent.
