Snapdragon 680, 90Hz IPS LCD display, 8000 mA*h and 21 hours of video playback for $210 - Redmi Pad SE specs and price known

Xiaomi will unveil the Pad 6 Max tablet on 14 August. But in the near future, a more modest model will appear in the company's range. It will be called Redmi Pad SE.

Here's What We Know

The tablet will measure 255.53 x 167.08 x 7.36 mm and weigh 478 g. The Redmi Pad SE will get an 11" display based on an IPS LCD matrix with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, frame rate of 90 Hz and peak brightness of 400 nits. NTSC colour gamut coverage will be 70%.

The hardware centrepiece of the Redmi Pad SE will be the Snapdragon 680 mobile processor. The chip is manufactured using 6nm technology and has Adreno 610 graphics. There is no support for 5G. The SoC will be complemented by 4GB of RAM, and the internal storage capacity will be 128GB.

The 8000 mA*h battery will allow you to watch videos for 21 hours and play games for 12 hours. In addition, Redmi Pad SE, will get four stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, cameras with 8MP and 5MP resolution.

The announcement date for the Redmi Pad SE has not been specified yet. The tablet is expected to go on sale for €190 ($210) with Android 13-based MIUI for Pad firmware pre-installed.
