Apple is developing a MagSafe battery with USB-C that can connect two smartphones at once
Apple will hold a presentation on September 12, where it will unveil a new line of smartphones iPhone 15. These will be the company's first phones with a USB-C connector. Therefore, the manufacturer is also preparing the corresponding accessories.
Here's What We Know
Bloomberg's Mark Gurman says that Apple aims to switch all its accessories from Lightning to USB-C by next year. Whether the updated accessories will be unveiled at the 12 September presentation is not yet known.
Also, according to him, Apple is preparing a rather interesting device - a battery with MagSafe wireless charging. But not a regular one, but a double-sided one. That is, it will be possible to attach two smartphones to it and charge them simultaneously. Of course, it will also have a USB-C port.
In addition, the updated AirPods Pro with USB-C port should debut at the event.
