Rumour: MediaTek will unveil its flagship Dimensity 9300 chip in November

We have already written many times that MediaTek is working on a new top-end Dimensity 9300 chip. Now the information about the SoC release date has appeared on the Internet.

When We Can Expect It

If you believe the rumours, MediaTek plans to announce the chip in November. By the way, the presentation of its competitor - Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 - should take place in the same month.

According to leaks, Dimensity 9300 will have eight cores with 1+3+4 layout and the following structure: one ARM Cortex X4 Prime core, three ARM Cortex X4 cores and four ARM Cortex A720 cores. All eight cores will be performance cores. The maximum clock speed of the chip will be 3.25GHz. SoC will be built on a 4-nanometre process. The novelty will be 15% more productive and 40% more energy efficient than the current flagship model of the chip.
