Insider: OnePlus 12 will get a 6.82-inch BOE display with a peak brightness of 2600 nits

Chinese insider Digital Chat Station continues to reveal details about the new OnePlus 12 flagship smartphone.

This time, the informant has shared the screen specifications. So, the gadget will get a 6.82-inch panel with an aspect ratio of 19.8:9 and a resolution of 3168×1440p. The screen will have slight rounding on the sides. It will also boast an LTPO AMOLED matrix with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a peak brightness of 2600 nits. The panel will be supplied by BOE.

As for the other specs of the OnePlus 12, they will include a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, LPDDR5x RAM, UFS 4.0 storage, a 5,400mAh battery with 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, and a triple-sensor main camera with 50 MP (IMX966) + 48 MP (IMX581) + 64 MP (OV64B) sensors.

When We Can Expect It

OnePlus plans to show the new flagship in China later this year. The global presentation of OnePlus 12 will take place in early 2024.

By the way, the Chinese manufacturer is now preparing to announce its first foldable device.
