Apple will release iPad Pro, MacBook Pro and MacBook Air with OLED displays in the next 3 years
Apple doesn't yet have tablets and laptops with OLED displays in its range, but that will change in the coming years.
Here's What We Know
According to analyst Jeff Pu from Haitong International Technology Research, in the next 3 years on OLED-screens will move first iPad Pro tablets, and then laptops MacBook Pro and MacBook Air.
Thus, in 2024 it is expected to release two models of iPad Pro with OLED-displays 11 and 13 inches diagonal. Apple plans to sell 10 million units in the first year.
And around 2026, Apple intends to update the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models with OLED screens. This is in line with the timeline previously announced by Ross Young of research firm Display Supply Chain Consultants.
In addition, the company is actively developing an OLED screen for the MacBook Air.
