AMOLED displays, ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip: an insider has revealed the specs of the vivo X Fold 3

Chinese insider Digital Chat Station has published detailed specifications of the vivo X Fold 3 foldable smartphone on Weibo.

Here's What We Know

The novelty will get a thin body and a weight of 220-230 grams. The gadget will come with a basic 8.03-inch Samsung AMOLED E7 LTPO screen. The panel will get a resolution of 2480×2200p and a maximum brightness of up to 3000 nits. An ultrasonic fingerprint scanner will be placed under the main screen of the device.

The vivo X Fold 3 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and powered by a 5600-5700mAh battery with 80W charging. As for the cameras, there will be five of them in the novelty: two 32 MP front cameras and a 50 MP main camera (with OIS) + 50 MP (wide-angle lens) + 50 MP (telephoto lens).

When We Can Expect It

If rumours are to be believed, the vivo X Fold 3 release will take place this month. The novelty will be shown alongside the vivo X Fold 3 Pro.
