Insider: Galaxy A55 may bring some unexpected features
Samsung is preparing for the launch of a new Galaxy A55 smartphone, which will take place on the 11th of March. The Internet is already full of leaks about this model, but still there is information that this smartphone will have a few more features.
Here's What We Know
Reddit user ZozoGx reported that the smartphone will get a display with brightness up to 1650 nits and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protective glass on the front and back panels. The device may also have the largest evaporation chamber among A-series smartphones to cool the new Exynos chipset with AMD-based graphics more efficiently. This promises significant performance improvements over the predecessor Galaxy A54. There may also be a 12GB RAM version available. If confirmed, this amount of RAM will be available for the first time for Samsung's A-series. However, there is no official confirmation of this information from Samsung yet, so we should treat this data with some caution until the Galaxy A55 is officially announced.
Judging by the latest information, the Galaxy A55 should get a 6.5-inch OLED screen at 120Hz. The novelty will also get an Exynos 1480 processor, a 50 MP + 12 MP + 5 MP main camera, a 32 MP front camera, IP68 protection and a 5000 mAh battery with 25W charging support.
