The upcoming smartphone in the iQOO Neo 9 series will be powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 and may be called Neo 9 Racing Edition
The iQOO Neo9 smartphone series has so far consisted of the eponymous Neo9 as well as the Neo9 Pro. But now, a third model seems to be on the way. According to a Digital Chat Station informant, the vivo sub-brand is working on a new Neo9, which could be called the Neo9 Racing Edition.

Today, a Digital Chat Station informant revealed the display specs and rear camera details of the upcoming Neo 9 series phone. If rumours on Weibo are to be believed, iQOO may bring back the Racing Edition model in the Neo 9 series.
The alleged iQOO Neo 9 Racing Edition may get a 6.78-inch flat OLED LTPO display that delivers a 1.5K (2800 x 1260 pixels) resolution. The screen will also offer refresh rate up to 144Hz and 2160Hz PWM dimming. On the back, the device will have a dual camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera.
Apart from the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, the smartphone is expected to be equipped with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The device will pack a large 120W fast charging battery. As for the launch, the device is expected to be unveiled in April in the Chinese market. It is still unclear if the device will be released in the global market.
