Compact flagship ASUS ZenFone 8 Mini will get support for fast 30-watt charging
If you remember, a few months ago we reported that ASUS was working on a compact flagship smartphone ZenFone 8 Mini. So, it seems that the release of new items is just around the corner.
What is known
Indian insider Sudhanshu Ambhore spotted the device in the TÜV SÜD certification database . The device comes with two model numbers: ASUS_I006D and ASUS_I006DA. The document states that the smartphone will support fast charging with 30W of power.

Certification does not disclose other details of ZenFone 8 Mini, but according to previous leaks, the codename of the device is SAKE. The novelty is supposed to have a top-end Snapdragon 888 processor, a 120Hz OLED display with a diagonal of 5.92 inches and a dual camera with Sony IMX686 and Sony IMX663 sensors.
By the way, besides ZenFone 8 Mini, ASUS is also working on the ZenFone 8 and ZenFone 8 Flip smartphones. The devices will also be powered by the Snapdragon 888 chip, but with more cameras and OLED screens with a larger diagonal.
