On social media Toyota has posted a teaser for its first electric car in the new Beyond Zero range.
What we know
In a 15-second video, the front and the side of the car are spotlighted. Most likely we are talking about a crossover. It will look similar to RAV4. We know that the electric car will have a new e-TNGA platform, which Toyota has developed in conjunction with Subaru. By the way, Subaru is also preparing a car based on it.
Toyota Beyond Zero is expected to have a 290 HP electric motor, a battery with driving range of up to 500 km and ultra-fast charging. It will be possible to charge the battery up to 100% in just 10 minutes. Whether this is true or not, we will find out at Shanghai Motor Show. It will take place on April 19 - 28.
