No iPhone 14 mini next year: iPhone 13 mini will be the last compact flagship

According to numerous reviews, last year's iPhone 12 mini did not enjoy the popularity that Apple hoped for. So the company seems to have decided not to release any more compact flagships.

What does this mean?

This was revealed by insider Jon Prosser, who assures that the 2022 lineup will not include the iPhone 14 mini. "So if you thought about trying the mini, the 13 mini - your last chance", - says Prosser.

Reminder:

The iPhone 13 mini is THE LAST "mini" iPhone.

There will not be any 14 mini next year.

So if you've been thinking about trying the mini, the 13 mini is your last chance.

Recall, iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 13 mini are compact devices with 5.4 inch screen, and also flagship features. For example, iPhone 13 Mini and iPhone 13: Reduced notch, A15 Bionic, optical stabilization cameraa and increased battery life, at $700, except for size and reduced battery capacity. It has the same A15 Bionic processor and the same cameras. How the sales of  iPhone 13 mini will go on is not yet known.

Meanwhile, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo (Ming-Chi Kuo) suggests that the 2022 iPhone family will still include 4 models, albeit without iPhone 14 mini. They are expected to get 6.1 and 6.7 inch screens.
