How about this, Ilon Mask? Belarusian roadster with electric motor, 170 km/h speed and anti-theft interior introduced
The Belarusians presented the first domestic electric car. The roadster does not have a name yet, but some characteristics have already been revealed.
Here's What We Know
The developer of the battery-powered car was the National Academy of Sciences. The car was shown at the Minsk Electro competition in the capital city. A representative of the organization said that the electric car is equipped with Belarusian electronics.
Roadster weighs 800 kg and has an 160 kW engine. It can reach a top speed of 170 km/h in 6 seconds. At the same time the developers intend to reduce acceleration time to 4 seconds. Why? We don't have an answer to this question. The range is 270 km thanks to a traction battery with a capacity of 24 kWh.
There are many anti-theft things, but the Belarusian car was the first in the history of anti-theft interior. How the interior of the car looks like, you can see in the pictures below.
One of the promotional booklets states that the purpose of the novelty is to work out algorithms and solutions for electric drive control systems in the most loaded modes. And everything would be fine, but the Academy of Sciences plans to launch production of such cars.
