ASUS reveals the specifications of the world's first 540Hz ROG Swift Pro PG248QP monitor
Earlier this year at CES 2023 in Las Vegas, ASUS announced the world's first monitor to support 540Hz. Ten months later, the company revealed the specifications.
Here's What We Know
The monitor is called ASUS ROG Swift Pro PG248QP. It was previously known that it features a 24.1" E-TN matrix with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD) and a 60% reduced response time compared to conventional TN panels.
The screen has a 1000:1 contrast ratio, 0.2ms response time (GtG), 400 nits peak brightness and 125 per cent coverage of the sRGB colour gamut. The display also supports SDR, HDR and NVIDIA G-SYNC.
ASUS ROG Swift Pro PG248QP features two HDMI 2.0, one DisplayPort 1.4, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A and a headphone jack. The new monitor also has a Kensington lock in its arsenal.
ASUS ROG Swift Pro PG248QP has already appeared on the official website of the Taiwanese company. However, there is still no information about the price or the sales launch date.
