Metal Gear Solid will only run at 30 FPS in Master Collection Vol. 1

The original Metal Gear Solid from Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 1 will run at 30 FPS on all platforms.

Let me remind you that the collection contains the first three games of the Metal Gear Solid series along with add-ons. Konami recently published information on the resolution and frame rate for these three games on different platforms:

As you can see from the table, Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snaker Eater will run at 60 FPS.

It's clear that the original Metal Gear Solid game had a frame rate of 30 on PlayStation, and this decision is probably intended to preserve the atmosphere of the original, but some fans may be disappointed that the game's resolution remains unchanged.
