Activision has presented in detail plans for the release of the Season 1 Reloaded update for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Call of Duty: and Warzone. The season is scheduled to launch on 17 January at 17:00 EEC. The update includes a lot of new content for multiplayer, zombie mode, and Warzone.
Here's What We Know
The multiplayer game will feature a new 6x6 map, Rio. It contains a central shopping centre surrounded by a main street, a tram stop, a market, a square, cafes, and residential buildings. New multiplayer modes include Team Gunfight, Infected and Headquarters.
In the ranked game, participants will be able to take part in competitions with the same settings and maps as in Call of Duty League.
The collaboration with The Boys will include a temporary Kill Confirmed mode with power-ups, as well as a Supe Siege event challenge that will allow players to receive a special LMG weapon design.
Zombie players will receive high-level loot by defeating the new South Korean-born warlord Dokkaebi.
Warzone will also host a public event called Gulag Night Vision, where players will have to fight each other in the dark. The Battle Royale mode will have a new objective called Weapon Case.
