In addition to the EA app, the PC version of Skate will also be available on Steam
Electronic Arts has announced via the official Skate franchise account on Twitter that the next game in the franchise, Skate (succinct, isn't it?), will be available on Valve's platform in addition to EA's own store:

Here's What We Know
It is worth noting that Full Circle, the studio developing the game, allows fans to try the game through various tests that will be available only in the Electronic Arts app. At the time of writing, Skate does not even have its own Steam page.
When We Can Expect It
Considering the previous reports about the game's status, we can assume that we should not expect the game to be released in the near future.
