Rumour: Microsoft will soon hold an Xbox Developer Direct, the first show of 2024

The year 2024 has just begun, and Microsoft may already be preparing a new Xbox Developer Direct show.

On the Reddit forum, an insider under the nickname Zantorn claims that the Xbox Developer Direct will take place as early as next week. According to his information, the event will take place on the 14th of January.

However, the editors of the portal Insider Gaming believes that if the show will take place, then most likely between 15 and 19, because the date specified by Zantorn falls on Sunday, and on weekends Microsoft does not hold such shows.

As a reminder, Xbox Developer Direct is a relatively new format offered to the public in 2023, and the first such show saw the announcement and immediate release of one of last year's biggest hit games, Hi-Fi Rush.
