Assassin's Creed Hexe and Assassin's Creed Red will be Ubisoft's most expensive games - an insider has shared information about the two upcoming instalments in the series
It is known for sure that Ubisoft makes a huge bet on the games of Assassin's Creed series.
According to unconfirmed information there are more than ten projects of this franchise in development. The nearest releases will be Assassin's Creed Hexe and Assassin's Creed Red, and it is the information about them shared by an insider under the nickname JorRaptor.
Here's What We Know
JorRaptor reported that Hexe and Red - games in the setting of medieval Europe and feudal Japan - will be the most expensive projects in the history of Ubisoft: their budgets will be hundreds of millions of dollars.
According to an insider, the full presentation of Assassin's Creed: Red will take place in June 2024, and its release is scheduled for this autumn. This is the schedule Ubisoft has followed with almost all parts of the franchise.
About Assassin's Creed: Hexe JorRaptor could only report that its release is scheduled for 2026.
Assassin's Creed Red & Assassin's Creed Hexe are two of 'the biggest investments' that Ubisoft has ever made on single player games in the company.
