A big update has been released for Ready or Not - with new maps and gameplay improvements
You may have already seen the update of Ready or Note in the recent news about the level in the nightclub. But then only the owners of the special edition had access to the update for Supporter Edition, and now it has appeared in all buyers of the game. According to the authors, this is the biggest patch now.
For a while, the update was exclusive of Supporter Edition, more than 500 errors were fixed. There is currently no list of the most recent changes, so we rely on material dedicated to launching the update in Supporter Edition. So, the main features of the patch:
- Two ready-made maps - Valley of the Dolls and Neon Tomb
- Three draft cards - Ridgeline, Hospital and Agency
- The cars have obtained interactivity: the side mirrors can be shot, the windows are broken and shot, the airbags can be triggered, the wheels can be punctured, after which the car will lower slightly.
- Fabric physics has emerged at some levels, including curtains and clothing in the NPC
- More destructible objects have appeared, including lamps, vending machines, glass bottles, arcade machines, fire extinguishers, and so on.
- Improvement in AI behavior. For example, suspects and civilians can hide behind certain objects - beds, closets, tables, etc.
- Suspects can now pretend to be dead or commit suicide
- There are new animations for NPCs - they smoke, leave "little by little", write something on the phone and more.
- New weapons for players and opponents
- Improvements in the calculation interface - you can change equipment and customize weapons from one menu
- Improved sound, including additional sound in the NPC, many additional sounds of steps and other interactions with the environment, as well as music for the Valley and Ridgeline levels
A fresh trailer has been prepared in honor of the launch of the update. There, the developers hid a surprise: at the very end there sounds the voice of a streamer and actor FortyIne, who is known in the community Escape from Tarkov.
