One of the creators of the Fallout franchise dreams of developing another post-apocalyptic game
On the 25th anniversary of Fallout franchise one of its creators - Fergus Urquhart (now head of Obsidian Entertainment) - gave an interview for DualShockers.
Gamemaker, who created the first two parts of Fallout and Fallout: New Vegas, would be glad to develop another game in this series, if he had the opportunity.
Of course, if we ever had the opportunity to make another Fallout game, we'd do it. It's not even a question of if we would do it, it's just a question of if the opportunity would arise.
I love Fallout, and I hope that before I ride off into the sunset I'll be able to make another Fallout.
Since both Obsidian Studios and Bethesda Publishing, which owns the rights to Fallout, are currently among Microsoft's internal studios, there is a high probability that Fergus Urquhart will realize his dream, especially since fans of the game would love to see a new part.
Recall that at the beginning of the year there were rumors about a possible sequel to Fallout: New Vegas.
