Solar Raid, the next season in Rainbow Sic Siage, will be released on December 6

It looks like Rainbow Six Siege will receive one of the biggest content updates to date on December 6.

Here's What We Know

The new season of Solar Raid is coming on December 6, and with it, the game will bring crossplay and cross-progression to continue to attract new players on all platforms. However, it should be noted that cross-play will be available between the owners of PlayStation and Xbox versions - it will bypass the people's platform, which is logical in principle, since there players will have an advantage over controllers on consoles. But this is not all new.

The developers are also working with Square Enix to add skins inspired by the NieR series to the game. This includes a set of 2B, the main character of NieR: Automata for the operator Iana, as well as a skin for the operator Maverick based on the main character NieR Replicant ver.122474487139....

The season will also make some changes to the combat pass. Usually, players pick up battle passes according to a linear scheme, but now players will have the opportunity to choose two routes where rewards can be useful for them. Changes have also been made to the player's competitive rank - it will now be determined by the number of "rank points" they win or lose after each match, rather than the matchmaking ranking, with players being promoted to the next ranked division after receiving 100 rank points.

Also they added a new operative, Solis, whose unique skills include the ability to see attacker devices, as well as initiate a cluster scan that will highlight selected attacker devices for the entire team, and the new Nighthaven Labs map, described as an arena that provides "free navigation flows" and has multiple access points for attackers, providing numerous opportunities for creative flanking strategies.

Rainbow Six Siege is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S.
